Grounds of Award

When a copy of the Notice of Appeal has been forwarded to the Collector, he will then lodge with the Registrar his Grounds of Award.  See s 23(2).

The Registrar will serve upon the Appellant a copy of those grounds.  See s 23(2) and iFAQ Question 5.
