Our People

The Commissioner and the Deputy Commissioner are appointed by the President. All Commissioners that have been appointed were either sitting or retired judges or judicial commissioners of the Supreme Court. No Deputy Commissioner has been appointed so far.

The Registrar of the Board and such other officers and employees, as may be necessary, are appointed by the Minister for Law. There have been 30 registrars so far. The Registrar is also currently an Assistant Registrar of the Supreme Court.
