Processing of Court Documents

On receipt of the Notice of Appeal, the Registrar will forward a copy to the Collector.  See s 23(2).

When the Collector lodges his Grounds of Award, the Registrar will serve upon the Appellant a copy of these ground.  See s 23(2).

When the Appellant lodges a Petition of Appeal, the Registrar will forward a copy to the Collector.
